Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This policy explains how SASU Dynamic Foundries processes data when you use WhatIsMyIP.bz. The controller is SASU Dynamic Foundries, RCS Paris 102 801 206, 15 Boulevard Saint-Marcel, 75013 Paris, France. Contact: contact@dynamic-foundries.com.
Data processed by the service
- Connection data: the IP address delivered to the web server, date and time, requested path, response, referrer and user-agent can appear in operational server logs.
- Homepage and IP-location results: public IP data is queried against GeoLite2 City and ASN files installed locally. No MaxMind web request is made for that lookup and results are not stored in an application database.
- DNS and WHOIS: a target you submit is validated and then processed server-side. It may be transmitted to upstream DNS infrastructure or public WHOIS services. Do not submit secrets.
- Analytics: Google Analytics loads only after you click Accept. Its configuration sends the origin and path, not a lookup query string.

Recipients and transfers
OVH SAS hosts the service in France. If analytics is accepted, Google LLC receives analytics data and may process it outside the EEA under its applicable transfer mechanism. No external stylesheet or font CDN is required. The AdSense publisher metadata does not itself load an advertisement or tracking script.
Cookies and local choices
A first-party cookie_consent cookie stores accepted or refused for one year. If accepted, Google may set analytics cookies. Clear the consent cookie to make the banner reappear and refuse. A CSRF-protection session cookie may be used on tool forms.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, GDPR rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact the address above; we respond within the legal period. You can complain to the CNIL.
Accuracy and changes
Network and location results can be inaccurate and should not be used to identify a person or household. We update this notice when processing changes.
